Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string (hash) from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service. Their privacy policy is here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After comment approval, your profile picture is visible with your comment.

Media

If you upload images, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can extract location data from uploaded images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last one year.

When you visit our login page, a temporary cookie checks if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded on closing the browser.

Camera and Photo Access

Our mobile application requests access to your device’s camera and photo library to support our AI-powered virtual try-on tools for event management. Here’s how we use this access:

• Camera: We use the camera so users can take live photos and preview products like sarees, dresses, or stage setups using virtual AI tools. For example, a user can take a picture to visualize how a bridal saree would look on them.
• Photo Library: We access your photo library to let you upload existing images and use them with our virtual try-on tools. For example, a user can select an old image to try on different dresses or event stage designs virtually.

These images are processed locally for visualization purposes and are not shared or stored without your explicit consent.

How we use your information

• Create and manage your account
• Process orders
• Provide support and improve services
• Send order confirmations or important updates
• Prevent fraud and misuse

Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime by:

• Logging into the website or mobile app
• Going to Main Menu > My Account
• Clicking “Delete My Account” at the bottom

This is permanent and will erase all personal data unless required for legal or administrative purposes.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data with:

• Third-party plugins for features or analytics
• Spam detection and security services

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

For registered users, personal information is stored in the user profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their data (except the username). Administrators can also edit this data.
